This is my least favorite of the DRMTLGY spfs. It has a pretty difficult spread as it takes a lot of effort to blend in. Even after the endless strokes, you’re still left with a pretty obvious white cast. It does feel moisturizing on my skin without the greasy look, but it can feel heavy. It sits well underneath makeup, not disturbing the foundation, but feels extra heavy. I liked the moisturizing feel, but the cast and heaviness is just not worth it.

Ok just WOW! I’m in love with the dewy, sheer finish and the lightweight moisture! This blends in soooo seamlessly and feels like NOTHING on the skin! An spf I’ll actually enjoy reapplying!
It sits wonderfully under makeup, but I enjoy it on its one for that photo focus finish. They did a great job with the tint as it’s sheer with a neutral undertone- truly universal. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

A gorgeously lightweight texture! You start of with a cast, but as it melts into the skin, it’s completely invisible. Your left with the prettiest dewy glow. It’s works well underneath makeup- doubling as a sun protection primer.

DRMTLGY Protect and Glow Light Tint
Vitamin E, Ethylhexyl Methoxycrylene
Octinoxate 7.5% Octocrylene 5.5% Oxybenzone 5 % Titanium Dioxide 3.5%
Deionized Water, Glycerin, Mineral Oil, Cetyl Alcohol, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Stearic Acid, Cyclopentasiloxane, Cyclohexasiloxane, Emulsifying Wax, Ethylhexyl Methoxycrylene, Sorbitan Stearate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Potassium Cetyl Phosphate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Cellulose Gum, Tetrasodium EDTA, Iron Oxides
The texture is very similar to IT Cosmetics CC Cream…super silky and hydrating. It doesn’t quite have the coverage like It Cosmetics, but it certainly blurs pores and imperfections.
Being that there’s a lot of chemical filters in this one, it’s not the best for sensitive skin. I was left with a stinging sensation after using after a retinol product the night before. It will definitely burn your eyes too if you’re sweating.
The two tones are VERY similar in shade. My light to medium skin tone was able to adapt to both of these. I’m not sure the medium tint would work with dark skin tones. I’d love to see them release a dark shade!
The finish is absolutely stunning with a skin like dewy finish, and I loved the color correcting aspect. I would use with caution if you’re sensitive.
Woo hoo! I found my HG sunscreen in the Tinted Moisturizer- that dewy glow is undeniable. This will be a frequent repurchase. I also loved the lightweight, hydrated feel of the Broad Spectrum!
