Here’s a roundup of my favorites for 2017!
My favorite universal palette has to go to Hourglass’s Volume 3 Lighting Edit. This palette is extremely versatile and the powders are gorgeous.
Clockwise from Top Left:
Diffused Light- A pale yellow with the faintest sheen. I use this to brighten and set my under eye.
Hypnotic Strobe Light- A beautiful “wet” looking champagne highlight that somehow looks natural.
Dim Light- A finishing powder for when I want an all over glow.
Luminous Bronze Light- A bronzer, not too cool, not to warm. I feel like a bronzer goddess with this on!
Surreal Halo- A pinky plum blush with a glow. Gorgeous for winter.
Pure Effect- A pale pink for a natural flush to the cheeks. No highlighter got needed with this blush. It also adds a beautiful luminosity!
Eyeshadow palettes have to check three boxes for me- blendibility, pigmentation, and color range. My four eyeshadow palettes have a mix of neutrals, shimmers, mattes, and a pop of color here and there. They’re all wearable and in the cool toned range (I’m a cool toned kinda gal 😉)

These are all beyond stunning palettes! I’ve only got into palettes recently and I have to say my favourite thus far is the Huda Beauty mauve palette!
